Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market, reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
a. Provide advice and support to the business
When handling CMP advisory, this position should ensure that the businesses in Fuzhou maintain an appropriate level of compliance with existing policies/ regulations.
b. Conduct CMP review program on bank’s various activities
The position will carry out CMP review to identify the core risks of the business and provide advice on the corrective action plans.
c. Promote CMP awareness among staff by providing training
Deliver training to build a culture of compliance as an integral part of ethics.
d. Maintain effective relationship with local regulators.
资历
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
a.University degree or above in law, accounting or any related discipline
b.Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in banking/financial industry, preferably gained in compliance area
c.Knowledge of the rules and regulations from CBRC,PBOC and SAFE
d.Familiar with banking operations and controls as well as different products and services offered by the bank
e.Self-motivated, independent with strong analytical abilities and good judgment
f.Good planning, interpersonal and communication skills to work with internal and external parties
